### sec.54ZE Issuing amended environmental approval If the Coordinator-General’s decision under section 54ZC is to approve the amendment application, the Coordinator-General must— amend the environmental approval to give effect to the amendment; and issue the amended approval to the proponent or, if applicable, the new proponent. s 54ZE ins 2014 No. 36 s 52 - (a) amend the environmental approval to give effect to the amendment; and - (b) issue the amended approval to the proponent or, if applicable, the new proponent.
