### sec.54Y Issuing environmental approval
If the Coordinator-General’s decision under section 54T is to approve the undertaking of all or part of the coordinated project, the Coordinator-General must issue an environmental approval to the proponent.
The environmental approval must state each of the following—
the proponent’s name;
the project, or part of the project, for which the approval is given;
each specified provision for which the approval is given;
the period for which the approval has effect;
the conditions of the approval;
for each condition—the nominated entity with jurisdiction for the condition.

(sec.54Y-ssec.1) If the Coordinator-General’s decision under section 54T is to approve the undertaking of all or part of the coordinated project, the Coordinator-General must issue an environmental approval to the proponent.
