### sec.52 Application of Coordinator-General’s report to other approval process The Coordinator-General’s report for the EIS or IAR for the project may recommend to the person who may give an approval required for the project that— the approval be refused; or stated conditions be imposed on the approval. Alternatively, the report must recommend that there are no conditions to be attached to any approval given under the other Act.
