### sec.49G Application of Coordinator-General’s report to proposed lease
The Coordinator-General’s report for the EIS or IAR for the project may state conditions for the proposed lease.
If conditions under subsection (1) are included in the report, the Coordinator-General must give the Minister of the department in which the Geothermal Energy Act 2010 is administered a copy of the report.
