### sec.49B Application of Coordinator-General’s report to lease or licence
The Coordinator-General’s report for the EIS or IAR for the project may state conditions for the proposed lease or licence.
If conditions under subsection (1) are included in the report, the Coordinator-General must give the Minister for the time being administering the Act under which the lease or licence is proposed to be granted a copy of the report.
