### sec.43 Application of Coordinator-General’s report to designation This section applies if the project involves premises for which a designation under the Planning Act , chapter 2 , part 5 may be made. The Coordinator-General’s report for the EIS or IAR for the project may recommend requirements for inclusion in the designation under the Planning Act , section 35 (2) (a) or (b) .
