### sec.41 Referral agencies for conditions of development approvals
Subsection (2) applies if, in the Coordinator-General’s report for the EIS or IAR for the project, the Coordinator-General nominates an entity as a referral agency for a development approval, including a condition of the approval, given in relation to the report.
The entity is, from the day the approval takes effect, taken to be a referral agency for the development application that resulted in the approval, including the condition of the approval.
This section applies despite section 37 (1) (b) .
