### sec.35KA Amendment of Coordinator-General’s change report The Coordinator-General may amend a change report if the amendment is to correct a clerical error. The Coordinator-General must give written notice of the amendment to— the proponent; and if the project is the subject of an application for a development approval and the Coordinator-General is not the assessment manager for the application—the assessment manager for the application. The Coordinator-General must publicly notify— the amendment; and the change report as amended. The amendment has effect when the proponent is given notice of the amendment under subsection (2) . s 35KA ins 2011 No. 36 s 130 (sec.35KA-ssec.1) The Coordinator-General may amend a change report if the amendment is to correct a clerical error.
