### sec.35AA Amendment of Coordinator-General’s report
The Coordinator-General may amend the report for the EIS or IAR for the project if the amendment is to correct a clerical error.
The Coordinator-General must give written notice of the amendment to—
the proponent; and
if the project is the subject of an application for a development approval and the Coordinator-General is not the assessment manager for the application—the assessment manager for the application.
The Coordinator-General must publicly notify—
the amendment; and
the report as amended.
The amendment has effect when the proponent is given notice of the amendment under subsection (2) .
