### sec.29 Notice of requirement for EIS and of draft terms of reference The Coordinator-General— must advise the proponent that an EIS is required for the project; and may publicly notify— that an EIS is required for the project; and where copies of the draft terms of reference may be obtained; and that comments on the draft terms of reference are invited. The public notification must state a period within which the comments must be made under subsection (1) (b) . s 29 ins 1999 No. 32 s 7 amd 2005 No. 57 s 23 ; 2012 No. 43 s 295 (sec.29-ssec.1) The Coordinator-General— must advise the proponent that an EIS is required for the project; and may publicly notify— that an EIS is required for the project; and where copies of the draft terms of reference may be obtained; and that comments on the draft terms of reference are invited.
