### sec.27ABA Coordinator-General may refuse to receive or process application for declaration
This section applies if the Coordinator-General is not satisfied that an application for a declaration under section 26 (1) for a coordinated project includes enough information about the project to allow the Coordinator-General to consider the matters mentioned in section 27 (1) (b) to (f) or (2) for the project.
The Coordinator-General may—
refuse to receive or process the application; or
give the proponent a reasonable opportunity to give the information to the Coordinator-General before refusing to receive or process the application.
If the Coordinator-General decides to refuse to receive or process the application, the Coordinator-General must—
give the proponent written notice of the decision and the reasons for it; and
refund the application fee to the proponent.

(sec.27ABA-ssec.1) This section applies if the Coordinator-General is not satisfied that an application for a declaration under section 26 (1) for a coordinated project includes enough information about the project to allow the Coordinator-General to consider the matters mentioned in section 27 (1) (b) to (f) or (2) for the project.
(sec.27ABA-ssec.2) The Coordinator-General may— refuse to receive or process the application; or give the proponent a reasonable opportunity to give the information to the Coordinator-General before refusing to receive or process the application.
(sec.27ABA-ssec.3) If the Coordinator-General decides to refuse to receive or process the application, the Coordinator-General must— give the proponent written notice of the decision and the reasons for it; and refund the application fee to the proponent.
