### sec.25AA Coordinator-General may waive or reduce fee
Despite section 25A , if a fee is prescribed as mentioned in that section for an application or coordinated project, the Coordinator-General may waive or reduce the fee.
Subsection (3) applies if a fee is prescribed as mentioned in section 25A for an application under section 35C for a proposed change to a coordinated project or a condition of the project.
In deciding whether to waive or reduce the fee for the application, the Coordinator-General may have regard to—
the complexity of the proposed change; and
the extent of public consultation required in relation to the proposed change.

(sec.25AA-ssec.1) Despite section 25A , if a fee is prescribed as mentioned in that section for an application or coordinated project, the Coordinator-General may waive or reduce the fee.
(sec.25AA-ssec.2) Subsection (3) applies if a fee is prescribed as mentioned in section 25A for an application under section 35C for a proposed change to a coordinated project or a condition of the project.
