### sec.203 Existing development application under repealed Sustainable Planning Act 2009 This section applies to an existing development application for development for a project, to which former part 4, division 4, subdivision 1 applied. Former part 4, division 4, subdivision 1 continues to apply in relation to the application as if the amending Act had not been enacted. In this section— amending Act means the Planning (Consequential) and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2016 . existing development application means a development application made under the repealed Sustainable Planning Act 2009 , to which the Planning Act, section 287 applies. former part 4, division 4, subdivision 1 means part 4, division 4, subdivision 1 as in force immediately before the commencement. s 203 ins 2016 No. 27 s 546 (sec.203-ssec.1) This section applies to an existing development application for development for a project, to which former part 4, division 4, subdivision 1 applied.
