### sec.202 Pre-amended Act continues to apply for particular mining leases
This section applies if, on or after the commencement—
a native title issues decision is made in relation to a proposed mining lease; and
a condition is imposed or made under, or is part of, the native title issues decision under the Mineral Resources Act as in force immediately before the commencement.
The pre-amended Act, section 47, continues to apply to the proposed mining lease.
In this section—
commencement means the commencement of this section.
native title issues decision has the meaning given by schedule 1A, section 669(1) of the Mineral Resources Act as in force immediately before the commencement.
pre-amended Act means this Act as in force immediately before the commencement.

(sec.202-ssec.1) This section applies if, on or after the commencement— a native title issues decision is made in relation to a proposed mining lease; and a condition is imposed or made under, or is part of, the native title issues decision under the Mineral Resources Act as in force immediately before the commencement.
(sec.202-ssec.2) The pre-amended Act, section 47, continues to apply to the proposed mining lease.
(sec.202-ssec.3) In this section— commencement means the commencement of this section. native title issues decision has the meaning given by schedule 1A, section 669(1) of the Mineral Resources Act as in force immediately before the commencement. pre-amended Act means this Act as in force immediately before the commencement.
- (a) a native title issues decision is made in relation to a proposed mining lease; and
- (b) a condition is imposed or made under, or is part of, the native title issues decision under the Mineral Resources Act as in force immediately before the commencement.
