### sec.194 Continuation of particular former provisions Former part 6, division 6 and the former guidelines continue to apply to the following as if the amending Act had not been enacted— a request made before the commencement to the Coordinator-General seeking, for a proposed infrastructure facility, the Governor in Council’s approval under former section 125(1)(f)(ii); an infrastructure facility approved under former section 125(1)(f)(ii).
