### sec.189 Continuation of former matters Coordinator-General considers before making declaration under s 26(1)
This section applies to an application, under section 27AA for a declaration under section 26(1) about a project, made before the commencement.
Former section 27 continues to apply to the application as if the amending Act had not been enacted.
Section 27AB(c) and (d) does not apply to the application.
