### sec.182 Enforcement notices and orders
An enforcement notice or enforcement order may relate to an enforceable condition that existed before the commencement.
However, an enforcement notice or enforcement order can not relate to a contravention of an enforceable condition if the act or omission that constitutes the contravention happened before the commencement.
