### sec.168 Personal injury action adjudicated by judge alone Every claim for damages in respect of injury to the person, fatal or non-fatal, that is made in an action against the Coordinator-General, the Coordinator-General’s officers or workers on account of anything done or omitted for the purposes of the performance of the Coordinator-General’s functions or the exercise of the Coordinator-General’s powers under any Act or arising out of employment for any of those purposes shall, where action is brought in the Supreme Court, be heard and determined by a judge without a jury. s 168 amd 2012 No. 43 s 325 sch 2
