### sec.16 Services of technical advisers The Coordinator-General may obtain or retain the advice or services of such technical advisers as the Coordinator-General considers necessary for the proper performance by the Coordinator-General of his or her functions and the proper exercise by the Coordinator-General of his or her powers. Remuneration in respect of such advice or services shall be such as is approved by the Minister. s 16 amd 2012 No. 43 s 325 sch 2 (sec.16-ssec.1) The Coordinator-General may obtain or retain the advice or services of such technical advisers as the Coordinator-General considers necessary for the proper performance by the Coordinator-General of his or her functions and the proper exercise by the Coordinator-General of his or her powers.
