### sec.157OA Coordinator-General may require relevant information The Coordinator-General may give a notice under this section to a person requiring the person to give the Coordinator-General information relevant to the administration or enforcement of this Act. The notice may only be given to a person the Coordinator-General suspects on reasonable grounds has knowledge of a matter, or has possession or control of a document dealing with a matter, for which the information is required. The notice must— be in the approved form; and state the person to whom it is issued; and state the information required; and state the period within which the information is to be given to the Coordinator-General; and state the reasons the information is required; and be given to the person. The person must comply with the notice unless the person has a reasonable excuse for not complying with it. Maximum penalty—50 penalty units. If the person is an individual, it is a reasonable excuse for the individual to fail to comply with the notice if complying with it might tend to incriminate the individual.
