### sec.157K Making enforcement order The Planning and Environment Court may make an enforcement order if the court is satisfied the relevant contravention of an enforceable condition— is happening, or has happened; or will happen unless the enforcement order is made. The court may make the order whether or not an enforcement notice has been given for the contravention. s 157K ins 2008 No. 75 s 112 (sec.157K-ssec.1) The Planning and Environment Court may make an enforcement order if the court is satisfied the relevant contravention of an enforceable condition— is happening, or has happened; or will happen unless the enforcement order is made. (sec.157K-ssec.2) The court may make the order whether or not an enforcement notice has been given for the contravention. - (a) is happening, or has happened; or - (b) will happen unless the enforcement order is made.
