### sec.157I Starting proceeding for enforcement order
The Coordinator-General may start a proceeding in the Planning and Environment Court—
for an enforcement order to remedy or restrain a contravention of an enforceable condition; or
if the Coordinator-General has started a proceeding under this section for an enforcement order and the court has not decided the proceeding—for an order under section 157J .
A proceeding for an enforcement order may be started whether or not anyone’s right has been, or may be, infringed by, or because of, the contravention of the enforceable condition the subject of the proceeding.

(sec.157I-ssec.1) The Coordinator-General may start a proceeding in the Planning and Environment Court— for an enforcement order to remedy or restrain a contravention of an enforceable condition; or if the Coordinator-General has started a proceeding under this section for an enforcement order and the court has not decided the proceeding—for an order under section 157J .
(sec.157I-ssec.2) A proceeding for an enforcement order may be started whether or not anyone’s right has been, or may be, infringed by, or because of, the contravention of the enforceable condition the subject of the proceeding.
- (a) for an enforcement order to remedy or restrain a contravention of an enforceable condition; or
- (b) if the Coordinator-General has started a proceeding under this section for an enforcement order and the court has not decided the proceeding—for an order under section 157J .
