### sec.153J Delegation of Minister’s functions under div 8
The Minister may delegate the Minister’s functions under this division to an appropriately qualified public service officer or an appropriately qualified person employed under this Act.
In this section—
appropriately qualified , in relation to a delegated function, includes having the qualifications, experience or standing to perform the function.
a person’s classification level in the public service
