### sec.153F Amendment of easement
A critical infrastructure easement may, with the Minister’s written approval, be amended under, as appropriate—
the Land Act 1994 , section 370 ; or
the Land Title Act 1994 , section 91 .
However, the amendment may be registered—
without the instrument of amendment being signed by a person other than the easement holder; and
for an amendment under the Land Act 1994 —without the approval of the Minister under that Act.
