### sec.152 Compensation payable by investigator The investigator must compensate the owner of the land for the loss or damage the owner has suffered and that has not been rectified. The amount of compensation is— the amount agreed between the parties; or if the parties can not agree on the amount within a reasonable time—the amount decided by the Land Court. s 152 ins 1999 No. 32 s 15 (sec.152-ssec.1) The investigator must compensate the owner of the land for the loss or damage the owner has suffered and that has not been rectified.
