### sec.141 Purpose of sdiv 1 The purpose of this subdivision is— to allow persons authorised by the Coordinator-General to enter land to investigate the land’s potential and suitability for the development of an infrastructure facility for which a proponent is proposing to apply for approval under section 153AC ; and to safeguard the interests of the owner of the land. s 141 ins 1999 No. 32 s 15 amd 2012 No. 43 s 313 - (a) to allow persons authorised by the Coordinator-General to enter land to investigate the land’s potential and suitability for the development of an infrastructure facility for which a proponent is proposing to apply for approval under section 153AC ; and - (b) to safeguard the interests of the owner of the land.
