### sec.137 Offences of interference and wilful obstruction A person shall not— destroy, mutilate, deface, remove, or alter the position of any trigonometrical station, survey peg, mark, or pole affixed to or set up on land pursuant to this Act save under the authority of the Coordinator-General or his or her delegate; or wilfully obstruct, or attempt to obstruct any person in the exercise by the person of a power conferred on the person by section 136 . s 137 amd 1973 No. 26 s 12 ; 2001 No. 46 s 30 (2) sch 2 - (a) destroy, mutilate, deface, remove, or alter the position of any trigonometrical station, survey peg, mark, or pole affixed to or set up on land pursuant to this Act save under the authority of the Coordinator-General or his or her delegate; or - (b) wilfully obstruct, or attempt to obstruct any person in the exercise by the person of a power conferred on the person by section 136 .
