### sec.131 Power of Governor in Council to alienate land to Coordinator-General The power conferred on the Governor in Council by the Land Act 1994 to grant in fee simple, or demise for a term of years or in perpetuity any Crown land within Queensland includes power to make such a grant or demise to the Coordinator-General of such land pursuant to agreement between the Coordinator-General and the Governor in Council who is hereby there unto authorised. s 131 amd 2001 No. 46 s 30 (2) sch 2
