sec.128Vesting of land taken

### sec.128 Vesting of land taken Land taken by the Coordinator-General under this Act shall, according as the proclamation whereby it is taken or a later proclamation provides, vest in the Crown, the Coordinator-General, an instrumentality representing the Crown, a local body, or any other person whomsoever. A regulation may divest any land from the Coordinator-General and vest the same in the Crown, an instrumentality representing the Crown, a local body, or other person whomsoever. Land taken by the Coordinator-General and vested in the Crown by the proclamation whereby it is taken shall be and remain Crown land until the same is, according to the works or purposes for which it is taken, dealt with as prescribed. s 128 amd 2001 No. 46 s 30 (2) sch 2 ; 2006 No. 54 s 2 sch (sec.128-ssec.1) Land taken by the Coordinator-General under this Act shall, according as the proclamation whereby it is taken or a later proclamation provides, vest in the Crown, the Coordinator-General, an instrumentality representing the Crown, a local body, or any other person whomsoever. (sec.128-ssec.2) A regulation may divest any land from the Coordinator-General and vest the same in the Crown, an instrumentality representing the Crown, a local body, or other person whomsoever. (sec.128-ssec.3) Land taken by the Coordinator-General and vested in the Crown by the proclamation whereby it is taken shall be and remain Crown land until the same is, according to the works or purposes for which it is taken, dealt with as prescribed.
