### sec.111 Delegation of authority of Coordinator-General
The provisions of section 11 shall be construed subject to this section.
A power or function conferred or imposed on the Coordinator-General by a regulation under section 109 —
shall not be delegated save with the approval of the Governor in Council first had and obtained in lieu of the approval of the Minister; and
may be delegated only to a local body or any of the following under the Public Sector Act 2022 —
a chief executive;
a senior executive;
a term appointee whose remuneration is equivalent to, or more than, that of a senior executive.
An entity to whom such a power or function is delegated shall, in its performance thereof, be subject to and comply with the directions given in relation thereto by the Coordinator-General.
The Coordinator-General may, at any time, and shall, at the direction of the Governor in Council, revoke a delegation of such a power or function but such revocation shall not affect anything done or anything arising out of anything done under the authority of the delegation prior to its revocation.
This section does not limit the persons who may, under section 110 , undertake works the subject of a regulation under section 109 on behalf of the Coordinator-General.
