### sec.109 Direction about particular works
Where a recommendation is submitted to the Governor in Council—
pursuant to section 108 ; or
pursuant to section 99 and the Governor in Council is satisfied that the works therein recommended should be undertaken by the Coordinator-General, or by another person on behalf of the Coordinator-General, instead of by the local body or local bodies or approved person recommended;
a regulation may direct the Coordinator-General or other person to undertake the works recommended.

- (a) pursuant to section 108 ; or
