### sec.105 Borrowing to facilitate remedy of default For the purpose of remedying a local body’s or approved person’s default pursuant to the authority conferred by a regulation made under section 104 (6) the Coordinator-General may exercise all or any of the powers conferred on the Coordinator-General by the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Act 1982 with respect to borrowing money. s 105 amd 2001 No. 46 s 30 (2) sch 2 ; 2005 No. 57 s 49 ; 2014 No. 40 s 154 sch 1 pt 1
