### sec.103 Borrowing of money for works For the purpose of enabling a local body to undertake works and to borrow money to comply with a regulation made under section 100 and directed to it the undertaking of works as directed by the regulation shall be deemed to be a function of that local body under the Act under which the local body is appointed or constituted and, in the case of a local body that is a local government, shall be deemed to be a function of local government. s 103 amd 2001 No. 46 s 30 (2) sch 2
