### sec.60 Acquiring and disposing of subsidiaries The Authority may not, without the prior written approval of the responsible Ministers— form, or participate in the formation of, a company that will become a subsidiary of the Authority; or acquire shares or participate in any other transaction that will result in a body corporate becoming or ceasing to be a subsidiary of the Authority. s 60 amd 2012 No. 39 s 102 sch pt 2 - (a) form, or participate in the formation of, a company that will become a subsidiary of the Authority; or - (b) acquire shares or participate in any other transaction that will result in a body corporate becoming or ceasing to be a subsidiary of the Authority.
