### sec.56 Meaning of community service obligations The community service obligations of the Authority are the obligations to perform activities that— the board establishes to the satisfaction of the responsible Ministers— are not in the Authority’s commercial interests to perform; and either— arise because of a request or direction under section 46 or a direction under section 50 , 58 or 61 ; or the Authority is required to perform under another Act; or are stated in the operational plan as community service obligations of the Authority. s 56 amd 2012 No. 39 s 102 sch pt 2 sub 2019 No. 17 s 323 - (a) the board establishes to the satisfaction of the responsible Ministers— (i) are not in the Authority’s commercial interests to perform; and (ii) either— (A) arise because of a request or direction under section 46 or a direction under section 50 , 58 or 61 ; or (B) the Authority is required to perform under another Act; or - (i) are not in the Authority’s commercial interests to perform; and - (ii) either— (A) arise because of a request or direction under section 46 or a direction under section 50 , 58 or 61 ; or (B) the Authority is required to perform under another Act; or - (A) arise because of a request or direction under section 46 or a direction under section 50 , 58 or 61 ; or - (B) the Authority is required to perform under another Act; or - (b) are stated in the operational plan as community service obligations of the Authority. - (i) are not in the Authority’s commercial interests to perform; and - (ii) either— (A) arise because of a request or direction under section 46 or a direction under section 50 , 58 or 61 ; or (B) the Authority is required to perform under another Act; or - (A) arise because of a request or direction under section 46 or a direction under section 50 , 58 or 61 ; or - (B) the Authority is required to perform under another Act; or - (A) arise because of a request or direction under section 46 or a direction under section 50 , 58 or 61 ; or - (B) the Authority is required to perform under another Act; or
