### sec.51C Content of statement of obligations A statement of obligations may contain provisions about the strategic or operational activities of the Authority in the performance of its functions. Without limiting subsection (1) , a statement of obligations may include provisions about— governance; or quality and performance standards; or customer and community consultation; or total water cycle management. s 51C ins 2012 No. 39 s 45 (sec.51C-ssec.1) A statement of obligations may contain provisions about the strategic or operational activities of the Authority in the performance of its functions.
