### sec.50A Strategic and operational plans must not be inconsistent with statement of obligations This section applies if the Authority has a statement of obligations when the strategic or operational plan for a financial year is agreed to in writing by the responsible Ministers. The strategic or operational plan must not be inconsistent with the statement of obligations. s 50A ins 2012 No. 39 s 43 (sec.50A-ssec.1) This section applies if the Authority has a statement of obligations when the strategic or operational plan for a financial year is agreed to in writing by the responsible Ministers. (sec.50A-ssec.2) The strategic or operational plan must not be inconsistent with the statement of obligations.
