### sec.45 Draft strategic and operational plans Before 31 March each year, the board must prepare, and submit to the responsible Ministers for their agreement, a draft strategic plan and a draft operational plan for the next financial year. The board and the responsible Ministers must try to reach agreement on the draft plans as soon as possible and, in any event, not later than the start of the financial year. s 45 amd 2012 No. 39 s 102 sch pt 2 (sec.45-ssec.1) Before 31 March each year, the board must prepare, and submit to the responsible Ministers for their agreement, a draft strategic plan and a draft operational plan for the next financial year.
