### sec.36 Quarterly reports The board must give the responsible Ministers a report on the Authority’s operations for each quarter in a financial year. A quarterly report must be given to the responsible Ministers— within 1 month after the end of the quarter; or if another period after the end of the quarter is agreed between the board and the responsible Ministers—within the agreed period. A quarterly report must contain the information required to be given in the report under the Authority’s operational plan. In this section— quarter , in a financial year, means the following periods in the year— 1 July to 30 September; 1 October to 31 December; 1 January to 31 March; 1 April to 30 June. s 36 amd 2012 No. 39 s 102 sch pt 2 ; 2019 No. 17 s 322 (sec.36-ssec.1) The board must give the responsible Ministers a report on the Authority’s operations for each quarter in a financial year.
