### sec.23 Presiding at meetings The chairperson of the board is to preside at all meetings of the board at which the chairperson is present. If the chairperson is absent from a board meeting and the deputy chairperson is present, the deputy chairperson is to preside. If the chairperson and deputy chairperson are both absent from a board meeting (including because of a vacancy in the office), a member chosen by the members present is to preside at the meeting. s 23 amd 2012 No. 39 s 102 sch pt 2 (sec.23-ssec.1) The chairperson of the board is to preside at all meetings of the board at which the chairperson is present.
