### sec.99BV SEQ service provider may charge for copies of documents
An SEQ service provider may charge a person for supplying a copy of a document or part of a document.
The charge must not be more than the cost to the SEQ service provider of—
making the copy available to the person; and
if the person asks for the material to be posted—the postage.

(sec.99BV-ssec.1) An SEQ service provider may charge a person for supplying a copy of a document or part of a document.
(sec.99BV-ssec.2) The charge must not be more than the cost to the SEQ service provider of— making the copy available to the person; and if the person asks for the material to be posted—the postage.
- (a) making the copy available to the person; and
- (b) if the person asks for the material to be posted—the postage.
