### sec.99BRDJ Conditions distributor-retailers may impose This section applies for the imposition by a distributor-retailer of a water approval condition about non-trunk infrastructure. The condition may be only about providing development infrastructure for 1 or more of the following— a network, or part of a network, internal to the premises; connecting the premises to external infrastructure networks; protecting or maintaining the safety or efficiency of the water infrastructure network of which the non-trunk infrastructure is a component.
