### sec.99BRCN Application of Planning Act , ch 4 , pt 2 , div 2 , sdiv 5 The Planning Act , chapter 4 , part 2 , division 2 , subdivision 5 applies to an infrastructure charges notice given by a distributor-retailer with any necessary changes, as if a reference in the subdivision to— an infrastructure charges notice were a reference to an infrastructure charges notice under this Act; and the local government that gave the infrastructure charges notice were the distributor-retailer that gave the infrastructure charges notice under this Act; and the appeal period for the infrastructure charges notice were a reference to the period within which the recipient of the infrastructure charges notice may make an internal review application under part 4 , division 2 of this Act about the decision to give an infrastructure charges notice. s 99BRCN ins 2014 No. 36 s 45 amd 2016 No. 27 s 486 - (a) an infrastructure charges notice were a reference to an infrastructure charges notice under this Act; and - (b) the local government that gave the infrastructure charges notice were the distributor-retailer that gave the infrastructure charges notice under this Act; and - (c) the appeal period for the infrastructure charges notice were a reference to the period within which the recipient of the infrastructure charges notice may make an internal review application under part 4 , division 2 of this Act about the decision to give an infrastructure charges notice.
