### sec.99BRCH Working out cost of infrastructure for offset or refund
For the purpose of working out an offset or refund under this part, a board decision must include a method for working out the cost of the infrastructure the subject of the offset or refund.
The method must be consistent with the parameters for the purpose provided for under a guideline under the Planning Act , section 116 (2) .

(sec.99BRCH-ssec.1) For the purpose of working out an offset or refund under this part, a board decision must include a method for working out the cost of the infrastructure the subject of the offset or refund.
