### sec.99BRBQ Application of relevant court provisions The relevant court appeal provisions apply, with any necessary changes, to an appeal under this division as if a reference in the provisions to— a Planning Act appeal or Planning Act proceeding were a reference to an appeal under this division; and the Planning Act were a reference to this Act; and the assessment manager were a reference to the distributor-retailer that made the decision the subject of the appeal; and a development permit or development approval were a reference to a water approval; and a development application were a reference to the application for the water approval. In this section— relevant court appeal provisions — means the Planning and Environment Court Act 2016 , part 5 , other than sections 45 and 46 (2) , (5) and (6) of that Act; and includes any definitions in the Planning and Environment Court Act 2016 relevant to part 5 (other than sections 45 and 46 (2) , (5) and (6) ) of that Act. s 99BRBQ ins 2014 No. 16 s 21 amd 2016 No. 27 s 474 (sec.99BRBQ-ssec.1) The relevant court appeal provisions apply, with any necessary changes, to an appeal under this division as if a reference in the provisions to— a Planning Act appeal or Planning Act proceeding were a reference to an appeal under this division; and the Planning Act were a reference to this Act; and the assessment manager were a reference to the distributor-retailer that made the decision the subject of the appeal; and a development permit or development approval were a reference to a water approval; and a development application were a reference to the application for the water approval.
