### sec.99BRBL Work under water approval not to start if appeal is started and not decided or withdrawn If an appeal is started under this division, any work under a water approval must not be started until the appeal is decided or withdrawn. However, if the development tribunal is satisfied the outcome of the appeal would not be affected if all or part of the work were to start before the appeal is decided, the tribunal may allow all or that part of the work to start before the appeal is decided. s 99BRBL ins 2014 No. 16 s 21 amd 2014 No. 36 s 40 ; 2016 No. 27 s 472 (sec.99BRBL-ssec.1) If an appeal is started under this division, any work under a water approval must not be started until the appeal is decided or withdrawn. (sec.99BRBL-ssec.2) However, if the development tribunal is satisfied the outcome of the appeal would not be affected if all or part of the work were to start before the appeal is decided, the tribunal may allow all or that part of the work to start before the appeal is decided.
