### sec.99BB Public notice about availability of draft code
Before adopting the SEQ design and construction code, the SEQ service providers must—
prepare a draft of the proposed code; and
publish a notice about the draft, and a copy of the draft, on each of their websites; and
give each local government in the SEQ region and the chief executive a copy of the notice.
The notice must state—
where copies of the draft may be inspected and purchased; and
that written submissions may be made by anyone about the draft; and
a day (the final submission day ) by which submissions must be made, and the person to whom, and the place where, the submissions must be made.
The final submission day must not be earlier than 28 days after the day the notice is published.
A document published on a website under subsection (1) (b) must not be removed from the website before the end of the final submission day.
