### sec.99ASA Annual notice of security This section applies if a customer has given security to a distributor-retailer. The distributor-retailer must give the customer an annual statement containing the following details— the amount of security held; the difference between the security given by the customer and the amount mentioned in paragraph (a) ; any other matter— prescribed under a regulation; or required under the customer water and wastewater code. s 99ASA ins 2010 No. 53 s 164 (sec.99ASA-ssec.1) This section applies if a customer has given security to a distributor-retailer.
