### sec.99AI Special meter readings
A customer of an SEQ service provider may ask it for a reading of the meter for the customer’s premises to work out the amount of water consumed at the premises since the last meter reading for the premises.
The SEQ service provider may require a fee for the reading.
The fee must be no more than the actual cost of the reading.
Subject to any payment required under subsection (2) , the SEQ service provider must cause the reading to be carried out.
