### sec.99 Review
The Minister must within 3 years after the code commences start a review of the code.
The review may be carried out in the way the Minister considers appropriate.
However, the process for the review must involve public submissions.
The review must start by the Minister publishing a notice on a Queensland Government website—
explaining the process that the Minister has decided for the review; and
stating requirements for making submissions for the review.
